Eligibility & Requirements
- You are eligible for free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Calling Cards that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.
- Your card must have at least 90% of the credit unused when initiating the request.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
